A beautiful hand made antique diamond cluster ring having a centre cushion cut diamond weighing 1.30 carats, G Colour, VS1 Clarity surrounded by sixteen finely cut calibre sapphires, these are surrounded by twelve round cut diamonds in a pierced setting and a smaller diamond on each shoulder. All in a rub-over millgrain setting, French origin.
